Terrible management company, maintenance issues get ignored for months. My ceiling collapsed due to work on the roof that I was not informed about. The collapse spread dust and debris throughout my entire studio apartment. It took my property manager, Joanie Klein, more than 24 hours to get back to me about what was going on. They claimed they couldn't get inside to clean up because I changed the locks (which never happened). Then they entered my home to "clean up" and changed my locks without giving me information about how to get back inside. I waited hours outside my apartment trying to contact them to help me get back in. They left my apartment a disaster with wood chunks and debris everywhere. They told me it was my responsibility to get it cleaned up with only a $250 credit to my account.** I now have to hire outside cleaners to come in and get rid of the debris their workers left and try to get the dust out of my bedding and clothes. I have asked Joanie several times to call me back so we can get this straightened out and she continues to ignore me. **Edit** They have now offered to reimburse my rent for the month and I finally heard back from my property manager. It took 4 days before I was able to have a conversation with someone. It is still my responsibility to get my apartment cleaned up and restored.

Please run from this management company. My daughter had the worst experience ever they only want your money will not respond to emails or phone calls. RUN!

I wish there was a 0 rating I could give this company. Joanie Klein and her team are rude and unprofessional (especially Andre the maintenance guy). They took over management of a property a family member of mine had been residing in 3 years prior and increased the rent by $600. There have been no upgrades made to said property since they’ve been managing it. They attempted an illegal lock out which the police had to be called to tell them they were committing a crime. They like to use fear, intimidation and bullying as a means of communication. Run as fast as you can….do not use Medallion Property management.

I would First Like to Thank Joanie. She has been a pleasure to Lease under. Very understanding and Professional. I was a previous tenant for 2 years. When Something needed to be done she got it done. Talk about Standing on Business. On the flip side very sweet woman. She felt more like family. The way she talks to me has always been respectful. 5 Stars Medallion Property Management. Will always be a rental company I recommend. Nice spacious homes. Awesome neighborhoods. Thank You Joanie. You are the Best.

Do not hire this property manger to manage your property!

Can never get in touch with anyone. Communication is horrible. Our air conditioning unit went out and they were very unconcerned. The management told us we were responsible for replacing their air conditioning unit. They were very cold and told us that was not their problem. The worst management team ever.

They do not manage their properties and constantly lie about when they will be out to do repairs. My mother has called numerous times about the roof being repaired and also about foundation issues however they still have not made the repairs but had the nerve to call her and ask her to remove a bad review she gave on their services

I have to to say that the Manager Joanie Klein has been the most helpful in assisting me during all my needs from beginning to end. She has worked around my schedule . Best customer service you could ask for.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Medallion Properties. My questions are answered promptly and my maintenance request are always done quickly. I’ve been with them for 3 years and counting but there’s one person who I would like to show my ultimate respect and appreciation to, JOANIE, she’s the best, she very understanding, she helps EVERY TIME I need assistance and most importantly she make sure things gets done. Overall, I highly recommend this property management company!

They really deserve no stars. They don't manage their properties or do any maintenance. The property needs major work on the outside. The roof has an opening. I see raccoons going in and out every morning. Their property is really bringing the property value down of other homes in the neighborhood. They don't answer the phone. Medallion only cares about getting money. They don't come out to check anything.

Very comfortable place to live

I was comfortable there. Obviously I was there 10 years but let me tell you something those 10 years I was there there was always something with them. When you needed maintenance, they would only do half jobs. There was an outside door that the hinges would always need fixing cause they would always rescrew only. The garage burned down and it took them 2 months just to have that cleaned out which they never replaced or put a gate in the back which our yard was all in the open in the alley.The roof need to be done and they will only patch it. Raccoons started getting in between the walls were it was just to scary to live in that house cause they will be hissing. I left 3 months and I pass now they’re fixing the roof after it was years that I complained about the water leaking There’s a lot more just can’t keep typing.

Madallion has a 40 foot tree on a property that it owns at 8835 s Princeton and a very large tree has fell onto the next two properties to the north side of it This situation happened Thursday and the tree has not been removed as of today? The concerned block club is wondering when this falling tree will be be removed off of the two properties north of your property
