Renew Your Lease with Medallion Property Management

About 90 days before your lease is set to expire, we will reach out to you to discuss your plans.
We’ll discuss your experience, your home, and your future goals and expectations. We’ll listen to any feedback you might have about your home and your experience with our management team.
Our goal is to hear you are satisfied, comfortable, and in love with your home. We’d love to save you from the hassle and expense of moving, so our Chicago property management team will talk about how we can help you renew your lease and continue working with us.
Refer a Tenant
Receive a $200 bonus when you refer a prospective tenant. This prospect must be qualified, move through the application process, and stay a minimum of 30 days in order to receive the referral bonus.
