This is the best management company I have ever dealt with and I’m praying to always and only deal with medallion properties. Every call every problem needed to be fixed. One call and at there best time and ability medallion properties is on the way. To have a understanding leader Ms. Joanie that answer in the most respectful caring manner means everything to me. I love her. I honestly don’t think I’ll b comfortable living outside Medallion properties. Ms. Joanie (My Ms. J) is so helpful and understanding she is a blessing from above.
