Consistent Inspections and Preventative Maintenance Protect Your Property
Protecting your rental property investment is one of our main priorities at Medallion Property Management. There are a few specific things we do to ensure the property is in good condition and your tenants are following the requirements of their lease agreements.
First, we conduct routine and detailed inspections. This starts with the move-in inspection, where we’ll document the condition of the unit before your tenants move in. We take tons of pictures and make lots of detailed notes. This makes it easy to distinguish between the expected wear and tear at the end of a lease term and clear tenant abuse or neglect. We also inspect carefully after a tenant has moved out, and we get inside at least once a year to check for deferred maintenance and unreported repair issues.
